DESCRIPTION
The VK06TL, VK06TLS is a monolithic device
made using STMicroelectronics proprietary
VIPower M3-3 Technology. A complete half-
bridge converter can be realized using two
VK06TL devices as low side and high side drivers.
BLOCK DIAGRAM
Through some external components it is possible
to set the pre-heating frequency, the pre-heating
duration, the steady-state frequency and the End
of Life (EoL) protection.
