PD78P064B is a product of

PD78064B subseries in 78K/0 series, in which the on-chip mask ROM of the

PD78064B is replaced by one-time PROM.
As program write by user is possible, the

PD78P064B is best suited for evaluation, short-run and multiple-device
production, and early rise upon system development.

design work.
