PD780232 Subseries that belongs to the 78K/0 Series. It replaces the
internal ROM

PD780232 with a flash memory.
Since the

PD78F0233 can be written/erased electrically while mounted on a board, it is suitable for applications
involving system evaluation during system development, small-scale production, and for systems that are expected
to be frequently upgraded.
