The TIL311 is a single-digit LED hexadecimal display with internal four-bit latch, decoder, and constant-current
LED drivers in a 14-pin dual-in-line-package. Hexadecimal characters are formed by a 4

light-emitting-diodes that are illuminated in a modified seven-segment configuration. The device includes
right-hand and left-hand externally driven decimal points.
