are entered into a database for safe
storage and are automatically
recalled when you need to create a
certi鏗乧ate.
Certi鏗乧ates templates are provided
for automatic production of Fire
Alarm, Emergency Lighting, Minor
Works, Periodic Inspection and
Completion Certi鏗乧ates. In addition,
members of the NICEIC are able to
print
Minor
Works,
Periodic
Inspection
and
Completion
Certi鏗乧ates directly onto the new
鈥渃omputer friendly鈥?NICEIC forms.
Before certi鏗乧ates are printed NICEIC
members may submit the data to a
validation routine. This ensures that
all necessary sections have been
completed, and that information on
the
forms
is
accurate
and
demonstrates
compliance
with
BS7671.
The module feeds retest dates
directly to the built in Organiser.
Portable Appliance Testing
The PAT module accepts data from
all downloading PATs, such as the
MEGGER
廬
IPAT15 or the Seaward
PAT 2000. It will also accept manual
entry of data if required.
The PAT database stores information
such
as
customers,
location,
appliances and full test history.
These may be recalled to screen or
printed out as a report. Test dates
and
retest
due
dates
are
automatically fed to the Organiser
and are available for viewing on
screen or in a report.
The data may be edited, sorted,
assigned to customers, moved
between
locations
with
full
traceability at each step.
Equipment Maintenance
The
versatile
Equipment
Maintenance module is similar to the
PAT module but is intended for
tackling more general equipment
maintenance, which may be non
electrical in nature.
Templates
for
any
regular
maintenance tasks, such as ladders
and 鏗乺e extinguishers can be created
an maintained. Many pre-designed
templates are included.
The easily con鏗乬ured database
stores all the information for each
piece of equipment, such as
locations, checklist items and
history. Test and retest dates are
automatically
passed
to
the
Organiser module an may be viewed
on-screen or printed in a report
format.
Pass/fail
certi鏗乧ates
can
be
automatically generated for each
item. Testing details may be passed
to the optional Job Costing and
Invoicing
module
for
invoice
generation.

uses the power and
sophistication of Crystal Reports to
provide a wide range of pre-de鏗乶ed
reports to cater for your every need.
These reports may be output to the
screen, 鏗乴e or to a printer.
