Product Description
California Micro Devices聮 PAC聶 DN027 is a transient voltage suppressor array that provides a very high level of protection for
sensitive integrated circuit terminals that may be subjected to electrostatic discharge (ESD). The PAC聶 DN027 is designed and
characterized to safely dissipate ESD strikes at levels well beyond the maximum requirements set forth in the IEC 61000-4-2
specification (Level 4, 8KV contact discharge). All pins of the PAC聶 DN027 are rated at 30KV using the IEC 61000-4-2 contact
discharge method.
