Features:
The OM8503 is an ultra low dropout linear regulator de-
signed specifically for hi-rel applications. Housed in
either a 5 pin through hole or 8 lead surface mount pack-
age these regulators provide high reliability in military/
defense applications. The ultra low dropout voltage of 0.4V
@ 3A makes the part particularly useful for applications
requiring low noise and higher efficiency.
