This industry standard linear regulator has the capability to drive
loads up to 400 mA at 5.0 V, 3.3 V, 2.5 V and 1.8 V, and is also
available in an adjustable version. Package options include DPAK,

PAK, and TO-220. This device is pin-for-pin compatible with the
Infineon part number TLE4276.
