DC鈭扗C Converter
The NCP1406 is a monolithic PFM step鈭抲p DC鈭扗C converter.
This device is designed to boost single Lithium or two cells AA/AAA
battery voltage up to 25 V (with internal MOSFET) output for
handheld applications. A pull鈭抲p Chip Enable feature is built鈭抜n
with this device to extend battery鈭抩perating life. Besides, this device
can also be incorporated in step鈭抎own and voltage鈭抜nverting
configurations. This device is available in space鈭抯aving TSOP鈭?
package.
