The hologram units HUH7282/HUH7283 for CD-R/RW are
incorporating a high power laser diode, a photo detector , and
hologram element into a single package. It is developed real with
window structured high power laser diode, and realized high
speed recording. Moreover it is contributed to shorten the
development period for the optical pickups of CD-R/RW, and to
simplify the production process because of its compact package
for the slim drive.
