General Description
The HT99C410 is an 8-bit high performance
RISC-like microcontroller which combines
HT48C50 8-bit microcontroller and 8-bit D/A
converter in one chip. It is specifically designed
for multiple I/O product applications. It also
provides UV-erasable CERDIP window type
version HT99C411C and OTP type version
HT99C411, both support designers in making
fast evaluation of private products during the
development stages.
The device is particularly suitable for use in
products such as cordless phone controllers,
mC
dialers, feature phone controllers and various
subsystem controllers. A halt feature is in-
cluded to reduce power consumption.
