C M O S P o s i t i v e Vo l t a g e R eg u l a t o r
The GT2153 of positive, linear regulators feature low quiescent current (30 A typ.) with low dropout voltage,
making them ideal for battery applications.
This rugged device has both Thermal Shutdown, and Current Fold-back to prevent device failure under the
鈥淲orst鈥?of operating conditions.
The SOT-26 version also features a 鈥淧ower Good鈥?detector, which pulls low when the output is out of
regulation. The GT2153 is stable with an output capacitance of 2.2 F or greater.
