General Description

This single N-Channel MOSFET in the thermally ef鏗乧ient Micro-

FET package has been speci鏗乧ally designed to perform well in

Point of Load converters. Providing an optimized balance

between Rds(on) and gate charge this device can be effectively

used as a 鈥渉igh side鈥?control switch or 鈥渓ow side鈥?synchronous

recti鏗乪r.
