Description
The
AC4810xA-C
voice over packet processor
combines four/five channels of toll quality low
bit rate voice compression, G3 fax relay, and
complete voice band processing functions in a
single device.
The voice codec can be independently selected
by the user for each channel on the fly. Also
included are an adaptive, G.168 compliant
echo canceler and a high quality DTMF and
user defined tone signaling detector and
generator, thereby constituting the ideal voice
processing system on chip.
Additional processing features of the device
include: selectable u/A-law PCM codec interface;
DTMF (TIA 464B) detection and generation;
MFR1, MFR2, AC15, SS4, SS5 and user defined
call progress tones detection and generation;
and ABCD or E&M trunk signaling.
Featuring high channel density, low power
consumption and a compact footprint, the
AC4810xA-C
enables the rapid development
of high density gateways, access devices and
routing/switching equipment.
