Function
The U-G1FA base allows slaves in the nor-
mal design to be connected to AS-i without
additional supply (EMS) . It has two connec-
tions to AS-Interface, which are intercon-
nected. Thus it can also be used as
distributor from one AS-i segment to
another. When mounting the upper part
(module or cover VAZ-DK-G1) the flat cable
are pressed in the contact prongs and the-
reby connected.
Moreover, an integrated addressing jack
can configure the upper part in the wired
AS-i network. In this case the controller indi-
cates 鈥濧larm Config鈥? since the slave is dis-
connected from the supply. After removing
the addressing plug, the controller restarts
independently.
