The 68HC908JB16 is an upwardly compatible,
versatile migration from Motorola鈥檚 68HC908JB8
universal serial bus (USB) microcontroller unit
(MCU). The innovative design features an
on-chip USB module for fast, reliable PC
peripheral applications, and dual 27 MHz
clock generators. An energy-saving, low-power
solution, the 68HC908JB16 is embedded with
16 Kbytes of Motorola鈥檚 second-generation FLASH
technology to enable in-system programmability.
