Balun Transformers
Description
The 3A625 is a low profile balanced to unbalanced transformer in an
easy to use surface mount package covering W-LAN and MMDS
push-pull amplifier applications. The 3A625 has an unbalanced
impedance of 50鈩?and balanced port impedances of 25鈩?to ground
with 50鈩?balance between outputs. This eases the matching of the
push-pull amplifier鈥檚 power transistors which have low impedance
levels. The output ports have equal amplitude (-3dB) with 180
o
phase
differential.
