Installation
The Spartan is a positive mode, tongue
operated interlock switch with guard locking. It
locks the guard closed until the machine power
is isolated and ensures that the machine
remains isolated whilst the guard is open. In
operation (machine running), the Spartan locks
the guard closed until a signal is applied to the
internal solenoid. When the solenoid is
energised the actuator is released and the
guard door can be opened.
There are three manual release points which
can be operated by the Resistorx bit (supplied)
or a manual/personnel key which can be
ordered separately. When the key has been
used to manually unlock the guard, the safety
contacts will be open, thus preventing start up
of the machine.
Beschreibung
Der SPARTAN ist eine Sicherheitszuhaltung
mit getrenntem Bet盲tiger. Die Schutzt眉r wird
zugehalten, bis die Maschine abgeschaltet
wird. Diese bleibt abgeschaltet, solange die
Schutzt眉r ge枚ffnet ist. Im Betrieb (Maschine
l盲uft) h盲lt der SPARTAN die Maschine zu, bis
eine Spannung an den internen
Elektromagneten angelegt wird. Wenn der
Elektromagnet aktiviert wird, kann die
Schutzt眉r ge枚ffnet werden.
Es sind drei Hilfsentriegelungspositionen
vorgesehen, welche mit einem TORX-Bit oder
einem pers枚nlichen Schl眉ssel (separat zu
bestellen) bet盲tigt werden k枚nnen. Wenn der
Schl眉ssel zur manuellen Entriegelung benutzt
wurde, sind die 脰ffnerkontakte offen und die
Maschine kann nicht anlaufen.

Le Spartan est une g芒che 茅lectromagn茅tique de
s茅curit茅 脿 fonctionnement positif. Elle verrouille en
position ferm茅e la porte d鈥檜ne machine tant que
l鈥檃limentation n鈥檈st pas coup茅e et assure le non
d茅marrage de celle-ci pendant que la porte est
ouverte. En place & machine tournante , le
Spartan maintient la porte ferm茅e jusqu'脿 ce
qu鈥檜n signal 茅lectrique soit appliqu茅 aux bornes
du sol茅no茂de. Quand le sol茅no茂de est aliment茅, la
porte peut s鈥檕uvrir.
Le Spartan dispose de 3 points d鈥檕uverture
manuelle qui peuvent 錨tre actionn茅s par un
tournevis de s茅curit茅 ou une cl茅 personnelle
sp茅cifique fournie s茅par茅ment. En cas d鈥檕uverture
manuelle pour d茅verrouiller le protecteur, les
contacts de s茅curit茅 sont ouverts et 茅vitent ainsi
tout d茅marrage intempestif de la machine.

broche dans la position choisie. 鈥?Si le kit
de maintien n鈥檈st pas dans la bonne
position, d茅montez-le et positionnez-le
correctement en fonction de l鈥檈ntr茅e de la
broche.

Einf眉hrungsposition umsetzen.
Positionnez la t錨te par rotation suivant
l鈥檈ntr茅e de la broche.

Endkappe wieder aufsetzen. Falls dies
nicht getan wird, erlischt unsere
Funktionsgarantie.
Replacez le kit de maintien. Un mauvais
montage annule la certification.
