A range of moving iron AC Ammeters with integral phase selection switch in 72 or 96mm square DIN format
for use on AC supplies operating from current transformers with 5 amp or 1 amp secondaries. Specify the
current transformer primary and scale when ordering.
Application
The EC72/96 FA Ammeter with integral manual
changeover switch is specifically designed to
measure the currents in each phase of a three
phase AC system.
The switch design ensures that the secondaries of
the current transformers are shorted out during
changeover and any overvoltage produced is
eliminated.
The switch has four positions Off - Phase 1 (L1) -
Phase 2 (L2) - Phase 3 (L3).
The scale is 90 degrees with two times overscale
and zeroing adjustment.
