The SCALE HVI 1SD210FI-FZ600R65KF1 is a compact single-channel
intelligent gate driver designed for EUPEC鈥檚 high-voltage IGBTs type
FZ600R65KF1. The driver features a fiber optic interface and a short-circuit
protection.
