充電管理IC/ACT3704/SE9016 The ACT3704/3706 are completed LINEAR charger solutions for one or two-cell Lithium Ion and Lithium Polymer batteries. It incorporates an internal 14V high voltage POWER MOSFET for constant-current/constant-voltage CONTROL. The BATTERY regulation voltage is 0.5% accurate and is programmable from 4.1V to 4.3V and 8.2V to 8.6V. The charge current is programmable with an external RESISTOR. For FASTer charging, the ICs include a compensation feature to compensate for the BATTERY’s series resistance by increasing the regulation voltage by a small adjustable VALUE proportional to charge current. When the BATTERY voltage is low, the charge current is reduced to 10% of the FAST charge current. The status indicators can be used to drive LEDs directly or for interfacing with an MCU. If the input ADAPTOR is disconnected or when the IC is disabled, the leakage current from BATTERY is less than 1uA.
