DESCRIPTION
The

PD784915A, 784916A are members of the NEC 78K/IV Series of microcontrollers equipped with a high-
speed 16-bit CPU and are the successors of the 78K/I Series 8-bit single-chip microcontrollers for VCR software
servo control.
This series contains many peripheral hardware units ideal for VCR control, such as a multi-function timer unit
(super timer unit) suitable for software servo control and VCR analog circuits.
A one-time PROM version of the
