DESCRIPTION
The
SP522/524
is a monolithic device that supports three serial interface standards for Wide
Area Network Connectivity. The
SP522/524
is ideally suited for multi-protocol designs that are
cost and space sensitive. The
SP522/524
is fabricated using a low power BiCMOS process
technology. Two (2) drivers and two (2) receivers for the
SP522
can be configured via software
for any of the above interface modes at any time. The
SP524
offers two (2) additional drivers
and two (2) additional receivers.
