Description:
The NTE924 and NTE924M are monolithic operational amplifiers internally connected as unity鈥揼ain
non鈥搃nverting amplifiers. These devices use super鈥揼ain transistors in the input stage to get low bias
current without sacrificing speed. Directly interchangeable with the NTE909 and NTE941 series in
voltage follower applications, these devices have internal frequency compensation and provision for
offset balancing.

NTE924M
is a
discontinued
device and no longer available.
Note 2. For operating at elevated temperatures, the NTE924 must be derated based on a thermal
resistance of +150擄C/W, junction鈥搕o鈥揳mbient, or +45擄C/W, junction鈥搕o鈥揷ase. The thermal
resistance of the NTE924M is +100擄C/W, junction鈥搕o鈥揳mbient.
Note 3. For supply voltages less than
鹵15V,
the absolute maximum input voltage is equal to the supply
voltage.
Note 4. Continuous short鈥揷ircuit is allowed for case temperatures to +70擄C or +55擄C ambient tem-
perature. It is necessary to insert a resistor greater than 2k鈩?in series with the input when
the amplifier is driven from low impedance sources to prevent damage when the output is
shorted. R
