DESCRIPTION
The CAT24WC164 is a16K-bit, cascadable Serial CMOS
EEPROM internally organized as 2048 words of 8 bits
each. Catalyst鈥檚 advanced CMOS technology substan-
tially reduces device power requirements. The
CAT24WC164 features a 16-byte page write buffer. The
device operates via the I
2
C bus serial interface, has a
special write protection feature, and is available in 8-pin
DIP, 8-pin SOIC, 8-pin TSSOP and 8-lead MSOP.
