DESCRIPTION
The CAT24WC03/05 is a 2K/4K-bit Serial CMOS
EEPROM internally organized as 256/512 words of 8
bits each. Catalyst鈥檚 advanced CMOS technology sub-
stantially reduces device power requirements. The
