The A3230 is rated for operation between the ambient temperatures 鈥?0擄C and
85擄C for the E temperature range, and 鈥?0擄C to 150擄C for the L temperature
range.
Two A3230 package styles provide magnetically optimized solutions
for most applications. Package LH is a SOT23W, a miniature low-pro鏗乴e
surface-mount package, while package UA is a three-lead ultramini SIP for
through-hole mounting. Each package is available in a lead (Pb) free version,
with 100% matte tin plated leadframes.
