General Description

The 鈥橝CTQ04 contains six inverters and utilizes NSC Quiet

Series technology to guarantee quiet output switching and

improved dynamic threshold performance. FACT Quiet Se-

ries

output control and undershoot correc-

tor in addition to a split ground bus for superior ACMOS per-

formance.

Guaranteed simultaneous switching noise level and

dynamic threshold performance

Improved latch-up immunity

Minimum 4 kV ESD protection

Outputs source/sink 24 mA

鈥橝CTQ04 has TTL-compatible inputs
